Welcome to our F.A.Q ! If your question is not answered below, please feel free to email help@ooak.me regarding any problems or questions you might have.

How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

The materials used for each item are listed on each item page. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How do I place an order on your site?
  1. From the item page, please select your desired material and size (for the ring) of our jewelry.
  2. Add the item to your Shopping Cart.
  3. Once you have finished shopping, apply your promotion code and click the “Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart.
  4. Enter your email and your billing address.
  5. Check and inform the information you entered is correct, then click “Proceed to PayPal.”

That’s it –You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. We’ll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address; you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at any time. However, we would recommend you to register an account before shopping, which will make it easier for you to place and track your orders.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by My Orders.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in a protective box with our jewelry box and a dust bag to ensure it arrives in an excellent condition. 

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First, we’re sorry to cause you troubles. Please contact our Customer Service via email with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece. We are happy to resolve the problem for you right away.

Will I be charged duties, taxes or shipping fee?

Shipping Fee is included in the product price. If you want to return or exchange the product, please check Returns & Exchanges.

OOAK is not responsible for Duties and Taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.
